White Rose Construction Services Ltd (WRCS) provide a unique service to residential and commerical clients and their construction needs. We complete our projects using a Construction Management approach where we essentially act as the clients agent to oversee the project from conception through to completion. This provides the client with a single point of contact that will work with them to help with budget requirements, specifications and design layout through to scheduling trades and quality assessment.
One of our main differences to that of a General Contracting approach is pricing/billing. Our clients pay for the trades directly, if the plumbing work is $1,000.00, the client pays $1,000 to the contractor. There are no hidden fees or mark ups, the trade invoice is reviewed by WRCS and then handed to the client for payment. The client prepares a cheque (typically) for the trade and we ensure this is handed directly to the trade. This is transparent costing/billing, our clients know every dollar and cent spent on their project.
We also provide a detailed in-house AutoCAD services that allows WRCS to not only design the layout of a project but also to react quickly to changes in the construction or finishing details. Providing our client with a detailed drawing of the fireplace elevation (for example) not only helps to set expectations but also minimises costs by avoiding unnecessary change orders once it is built.
