Very shortly after assuming the role as CEO for the YMCA of Wood Buffalo, we contracted a company to undertake a fairly big renovation to increase our membership level by 30-50% (from a membership of 3,000). This would mean renovating to ensure that our access areas, program areas, and common spaces would be agreeable to members and prospective members.  Matthew Ashton was the general contractor for this project and provided consistent, daily, on-site visits to ensure the project timeline was met.
